We specialize in providing pre-engineered metal buildings manufactured by VP BUILDINGS,
and self-framing buildings manufactured by PARKLINE, INC. The flexibility and cost effective design of pre-engineered
structures, combined with the ability of our design team, provides our clients with effective solutions to their building, time,
and cost requirements. Our design team provides the talent to produce conceptual sketches through completed architectural
drawings of project requirements. We produce drawing documents using Auto CAD, and our licensed Architect certifies
the completed drawings as required by local code officials in the tri-state area.
Our estimating and project management team will provide the project cost requirements, planning, and scheduling controls to produce a quality job, on time and within the budget. This capability is further enhanced by our in-house construction staff. These trained professional craftsmen will provide the required services for your project -- to include foundation installation, steel erection, framing, finishes, plumbing, heating/air conditioning, and electrical work. Our association with local sub-contracting companies will supply those project specialties required in your project and outside our chosen work disciplines. The majority of our business comes from repeat business and direct referrals from our extensive list of satisfied customers.
